Bayern Munich have identified Bradley Barcola as their number one transfer target for the winger position this summer, according to reports from Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg
The 21-year-old French forward, currently at Paris Saint-Germain, is being actively pursued by the German giants as they look to reinforce their attacking options under new head coach Vincent Kompany.
Barcola impressed with his pace, dribbling, and versatility during the 2023–24 season, attracting interest from several top clubs.
While Bayern are prioritizing a move for Barcola, they have lined up Nico Williams of Athletic Club as a top alternative should a deal with PSG prove too complicated.
The shortlist also includes Brighton’s Kaoru Mitoma, AC Milan’s Rafael Leão, and Liverpool’s Cody Gakpo, though Barcola remains the preferred option.
Negotiations are reportedly still in the exploratory phase, with no official bid submitted yet.
PSG are expected to be reluctant sellers, especially after investing heavily in young talent last summer.
Bayern’s summer rebuild is already underway as the club looks to bounce back from a trophy less season and reclaim their dominance in the Bundesliga and Europe.
