The Central Planning Committee (CPC) for the burial of Late Architect Terver Gemade has formally announced his passing and unveiled the programme of events leading to his interment.

In a statement signed by the Chairman, Bemdoo Gwaza, Esq., and the Secretary, Thomas Anajav, JP, the committee outlined a series of activities scheduled to honour the late elder statesman.

According to the programme, a Service of Songs will hold on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at NKST Mabushi, Abuja Consistory, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

On Friday, September 12, 2025, the body will depart GARKI Hospital Mortuary, Abuja, by 9:00 AM for Gemade Village, Korinya City, Konshisha Local Government Area of Benue State. Upon arrival, it will be received by the Pastor and Elders of NKST Iorkyosu, alongside traditional rulers and family members. This will be followed by an all-night Christian wake at Gemade Square, Gemade Village, beginning from 9:00 PM till dawn.

The final rites will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, with interment scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM at his ancestral home in Gemade Village.

The committee urged family, friends, associates, and well-wishers to join in paying their last respects to the departed.
