Chelsea Football Club are reportedly preparing for a dramatic squad overhaul this summer, with up to 10 players potentially on their way out of Stamford Bridge, according to The Athletic.
The shake-up comes as the Blues aim to reshape their team and raise crucial funds for incoming transfers ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
Among those being considered for sale are Christopher Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson, and Noni Madueke — key figures who could fetch significant fees if sold.
Others who might be shown the door include Djordje Petrovic, Armando Broja, Ben Chilwell, Axel Disasi, Raheem Sterling, Carney Chukwuemeka, and newly signed Renato Veiga. Many of these players were loaned out last season and are now viewed as expendable assets as Chelsea look to streamline their squad.
The West London club have already kicked off their transfer business with the signing of Liam Delap from Ipswich Town for €35.5 million.
His arrival is expected to impact Jackson’s role at the club, increasing the likelihood of his exit if a suitable offer comes in.
Meanwhile, Chelsea have identified Jamie Bynoe-Gittens of Borussia Dortmund as a top target, potentially lining him up as Madueke’s replacement on the wing.
Although the club is eager to reduce its wage bill and bolster its transfer budget, sources suggest that the final decision on high-profile exits like Nkunku and Madueke will depend heavily on the offers received.
