Nigerian music star, Spyro, has officially announced his engagement to his longtime partner, Janet Atom, capturing the hearts of fans with the story of how they met.
The “Who is Your Guy?” hitmaker took to Instagram on Friday, September 19, 2025, to reveal the news, accompanied by stunning engagement photos of the couple.
Looking back at their journey, Spyro shared that their love story began in March 2024 during a night out in Lagos. According to him, fate stepped in at exactly 2:48 a.m. when he encountered Janet while on duty at a nightclub.
“I found love in an unexpected place. That was the moment I met @_callme_njure, and everything changed,” he wrote.
Spyro, now 34, became a household name in 2022 with his breakout single Who is Your Guy?, and his engagement has been met with an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans and colleagues in the music industry.
