The Benue State House of Assembly took decisive actions today aimed at promoting governance and accelerating development across the state. In a significant move, former Speaker Hon. Aondona Dajoh has been suspended for three Months, a decision lawmakers say is necessary to maintain order and accountability within the Assembly.
In the same session, Associate Professor Ornguga and other key nominees were confirmed, filling critical positions to strengthen the state’s administration. Additionally, the suspension of the SUBEB Chairman and other officials was lifted, allowing them to resume their duties and contribute to ongoing developmental programs.
Lawmakers emphasized that all these decisions are designed to enhance efficiency, ensure accountability, and drive overall progress in Benue State.
