Benue State Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, on Tuesday paid a visit to the Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAMP) office in Makurdi, where he was warmly received by the State Coordinator, Hon. Stephen Numbeve.

During the visit, Governor Alia commended Hon. Numbeve for what he described as exceptional work in repositioning RAAMP for the benefit of rural communities across the state. He particularly praised the newly introduced Bike Scheme Initiative, noting that the project would greatly enhance mobility, access to markets, and service delivery in hard-to-reach areas.

The governor also commissioned the bikes for distribution, marking a significant step toward improving rural transportation and boosting agricultural productivity.

Governor Alia congratulated the people of Benue, assuring them that his administration will continue to support initiatives that promote development, connectivity, and economic growth.
