Benue State APC elders forum has congratulated Rt. Hon. Berger Alfred Emberga on his emergence as the Speaker, Benue State House of Assembly in an election held by the house after the resignation of the former speaker.
The elders in a statement signed by the Chairman, Chief Barnabas Gemade and Secretary Rt. Hon. Barr Emmanuel Jime expressed confidence in the ability of the new speaker to serve with humility, diligence, honesty, and inline with the guiding rules of the assembly.
The forum immensely lauded the members of the tenth assembly for finding one of them worthy to serve them in that capacity, urged them to give him the necessary support desired to succeed.
While praying for the new speaker to take on his new role effectively, the forum equally extended the heartfelt prayers to all members of the assembly, the executive and judicial arm of government to collaborate to serve the people better.
