Nutrition4Humanity, In collaboration with Blue Ocean Health Development and Relief Development, carried out an impactful outreach visit to Cherryfied Orphanage Home in Guzape, Abuja.
The visit was part of the organizations’ joint efforts to promote child welfare, improve nutrition, and support vulnerable communities.
During the outreach, the team delivered essential food items, nutritional supplements, hygiene products, and educational materials aimed at improving the well-being of the children at the home. Volunteers from both organizations also engaged the children in interactive health-education sessions focusing on balanced diets, personal hygiene, and overall wellness.
Speaking at the event, the President of Nutrition4Humanity Prince Olugbenga Aderin Baba (Oba Geisi of Ile ife land ) emphasized that the initiative aligns with their mission to combat malnutrition and ensure that every child regardless of background has access to proper nutrition. BOHDRI echoed this commitment, noting that partnerships like this strengthen community support systems and provide hope to underserved populations.
The management of Cherryfied Orphanage Home expressed gratitude for the donations and the time spent with the children, describing the visit as uplifting and meaningful.
Both organizations reaffirmed their dedication to expanding similar outreach programs across Abuja and beyond, with the goal of supporting more orphanages and vulnerable families.
