PHOTO NEWS: Water Resources Minister Gifts Car, Four Motorcycles to Staff
The Honourable Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr. Prof. Joseph Terlumun Utsev, FNSE, on Monday, June 29, 2026, presented a car to his Chief Detail and four motorcycles to selected members of his staff in Abuja.
The presentation, made on the Minister’s behalf by his Personal Assistant, Mr. Johnmark Tarnongo, was described as part of Prof. Utsev’s longstanding youth empowerment initiative and his contribution to improving staff mobility in line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration.
Speaking during the presentation, Tarnongo said the Minister appreciated the beneficiaries for their commitment, loyalty, and dedication to duty, urging them to remain steadfast in the discharge of their responsibilities.
Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, the Minister’s Chief Detail, Dominic Tse, expressed gratitude to Prof. Utsev for the generous gesture, describing it as a demonstration of his commitment to the welfare of his staff. He prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the Minister.
