Operatives of the Ibadan Zonal Directorate of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have arrested 55 suspected internet fraudsters in a sting operation at K Hotel, Itori, Ewekoro, Ogun State.
The suspects, apprehended on Wednesday, July 6, 2025, were picked up following credible intelligence on their alleged cybercrime activities.
Items recovered include six exotic cars, two locally-made pistols, a motorcycle, 89 unclaimed mobile phones, several laptops, and incriminating documents.
